Ms. Mbula is the Senior Partner at Mulu & Abuja Advocates and a specialist in corporate/commercial law. Having started her legal practice at the firm of Mboya Wangong’u & Waiyaki Advocates and later at Oseko & Ouma LLP as the Head of Commercial Law, she prides years of experience representing corporate clients, both local and international.

Mbula holds an LLB (Moi University), PGD (Kenya School of Law) and an LLM Oil and Gas Law (University of Aberdeen- Distinction). Her memberships include; The Kenya Chamber of Mines, The Kenya Renewable Energy Association and Association of Women in Oil and Gas. She is published in Oxford Business Group legal Chapter (Kenya 2018), International Comparative Legal Guides  in construction and Engineering law (Kenya 2018) and is also a contributing author in Getting the Deal Through in project finance law (Kenya, 2018).

Anaciata has received specialized training in contracting in hydrocarbon operations, energy legal due diligence, farm-in farm-out agreements, State Control of Hydrocarbons, International Investment Arbitration in the Energy Sector, Decommissioning Agreements, De elimination of boundaries and Arctic Exploration.
