Ivor holds a Bachelor of laws degree from Moi University and a Post Graduate Diploma in law from Kenya School of Law. A committed professional with high integrity, diligent and a team player, Ivor is also a certified professional Mediator with impeccable dispute resolution skills. As an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, Ivor has handled numerous legal matters both as in-house counsel and in private practice. Her background coupled with several years’ of experience in litigation and commercial transactions sets her apart as an avid transactional lawyer.

She has previously served as a legal officer at South Nyanza Sugar Company Limited where she drafted commercial agreements, proffered legal opinions to the management and liaised with external advocates on suits affecting the Company and undertaking research on complex legal issues. She has represented clients on high profile litigation matters in High court and lower courts. Ivor possess excellent skills in drafting, negotiation and case analysis.
