Gordon is the Managing Partner at Mulu & Abuja Advocates. He holds an LLM in Oil, Gas and Mining Law from Nottingham Law School (UK), an LLB (University of Nairobi), a Postgraduate Diploma in Law (Kenya School of Law) and a Certificate in Energy Strategies to Support Green Growth by the World Bank Group. He is also a member of the Young International Council for Commercial Arbitration.

Gordon previously worked at Robson Harris & Co. Advocates in Nairobi before joining HAE-Aviation Division in the United Kingdom. He has also participated in various trainings and conferences locally and internationally on energy policy and regulations.

A dedicated litigation and dispute resolution lawyer, Gordon has immense understanding of disputes in various sectors such as Employment and Labour issues, Environmental issues, Commercial litigation, Land and Property disputes, civil litigation, Arbitration and Mediation.

Besides litigation, his areas of expertise also include Energy and Natural Resources, Commercial transactions, Conveyancing, Intellectual Property, Banking and Securities and Real Estate. He has immense understanding of commercial due diligence, project structuring, licensing regimes, joint operation agreements, tax systems, regulatory issues and project finance.
